Refund policy

Return Policy:
We accept returns only if the artwork is damaged and the customer is not willing to accept a new shipment to replace the damaged product within 30 days from your date of purchase. Customer must provide images of damaged package and product when requesting a refund. Once images are submitted we will review the order and determine how to find a solution for the customers each product is handmade and takes time to create and carefully pack each order especially for you!

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving the package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The shipping costs will not be refunded as the fees are sent to the shipping companies.

Restocking Fees:
If an order is cancelled or refunded, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order.

International Shipping:
We may invoice you for additional shipping costs if your package is overweight or needs extra protection during the transit. International shipping rates start at $25. At checkout, the weight of your order is not calculated to an accurate measurement for international shipping rates. You may be invoiced the additional amount for shipping costs via PayPal and notified via email on your order. This is to ensure your package arrives safely and not damaged, so we pack it extra carefully!
